A captcha does not identify the visitor

Solving the image shows that this request saw the current picture. It does not name the person.
A captcha was designed as a person-or-script test. Models can now read many digit and word images faster than a person. The captcha still blocks a script that cannot read, and it still blocks a replay.
Captcha OCR is a reader for the image types it supports. Your program downloads the image, calls the API, and posts the text to the portal. The portal sees an ordinary form. It does not see a session from this service.
Call it for work you are allowed to submit: your product, an account you operate, or a form your user started. Reading the picture does not grant access to someone else's account.
If the portal refuses the text, get a new image. Repeating the same post looks like a loop, and their rate limit will answer before the model does.
