These terms govern your use of the Captcha OCR website and API (the "Service"), operated by Allvoraz ("we"). By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them.
Accounts and keys
You are responsible for your account and every request made with your API keys. Keep keys confidential. Revoke a key immediately if you think it has leaked.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service only on websites and systems you are authorised to access, and only in compliance with applicable law and those sites' terms. You must not use the Service to commit fraud, gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems, send spam, overload third-party services, or attack the Service itself. We may suspend accounts that violate this section, without refund of credits used in the violation.
Credits and payment
Credits are prepaid and priced as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. One credit is consumed per answer returned with reliable: true. Credits do not expire while your account is open and are not transferable or redeemable for cash, except as set out in the refund policy. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card or UPI details.
Service and accuracy
The Service is provided "as is". Recognition is automated and some answers will be wrong. The reliable flag and the reporting refund exist for this reason. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms or prices with notice on this site. Purchased credits keep their value. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
