This policy explains what Allvoraz collects when you use Captcha OCR, and why.

What we collect

• Account: your e-mail address, plus your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• API keys: a one-way hash of each key and its prefix, never the key itself.
• Usage: daily counts of solves per engine, and for 48 hours the text answer of each solve (so you can report wrong answers). Captcha images are not stored. They are processed in memory and discarded.
• Payments: order and payment ids, amount, pack and payment method type (e.g. UPI). Card numbers, UPI ids and bank details go to Razorpay, not to us.
• Logs: error and request metadata (time, endpoint, status), kept only as long as needed for security and debugging.

Why

To run the Service, bill for it, prevent abuse, and support you. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Who else processes it

Razorpay (payments), Google (if you choose Google sign-in), our e-mail provider (sign-in links) and our hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or close your account, by writing to supportallvoraz@gmail.com. We keep payment records as long as tax law requires.

Cookies

One session cookie keeps you signed in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
