What to log when a Hindi answer is rejected

Keep the task id, raw, expression, and text. The report call only sends the id.
A portal can reject a correct sum because the session expired, and it can reject a wrong sum because the word was misread. The log tells those apart.
Write down id, text, expression, raw, reliable, and charged. When you report, the body is only {"id": ...}. The service looks up the task and returns the credit if the rules allow.
Reports are capped per day at 10% of that day's charged solves, plus 5. A refused report can be tried again the next day. It is not a second chance to solve.
Do not report reliable: false results. They were not charged, so there is nothing to return.
