पन्द्रह, चवालीस, and पैंतीस are examples. The snap step maps them onto the standard number.
Hindi number words have regional and editorial variants. A portal font may write पन्द्रह where a textbook writes पंद्रह. Both mean 15, and the lexicon lists the ones the engine is willing to snap to.
The snap is closed. The reading becomes a number from 0 to 100 or it is not reliable. It does not get billed as 14 because 15 was slightly messy.
You cannot add a spelling in the request. The list ships with the model. A new portal spelling that is missing will show up as unreliable until the model is updated.
That is the safe failure. Refresh, and if a whole portal is unreliable, send a note rather than turning the flag off in your client.
