Pay on the billing page. Credits appear when Razorpay reports the payment captured.
The billing page lists the three packs. Razorpay takes UPI, cards, and netbanking. The return to the site is not what credits the account. The webhook does, when the payment is captured.
If money left your bank and the balance did not change, check the webhook delivery in the Razorpay dashboard. The URL is https://captchaocr.allvoraz.com/api/billing/webhook. The signing secret on the server has to match the one configured there.
Test mode uses Razorpay test keys and does not move real money. Live keys are a separate switch.
Keep the browser on the billing page until the button confirms. Then refresh the balance. A second click can create a second order.
