Purchases, the signup bonus, refunds, and adjustments are ledger rows. Solves show up in the daily usage counts.
The dashboard usage page charts charged and free solves by day and engine. That is the right view for "how many captchas did we solve."
The ledger is the money view: signup bonus, purchase, report refund, adjustment. Individual solves are not one ledger row each. They are the usage counters, and the balance is reserved atomically.
A support top-up is an adjustment. It re-arms a low-balance alert if the balance crosses the threshold again.
If the chart shows solves and the balance did not move, those solves were free. Check reliable in your client logs before you look for a missing invoice.
