Pack refunds and captcha refunds are different

A report returns one credit. A payment refund is a Razorpay question, not a /v1/report call.
/v1/report returns one credit for one wrong reliable solve. It does not refund rupees. The refunds page is the policy for payments.
Unused credits from a purchase can be requested within 7 days by email, with the purchase date and amount. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Credits already used, and the signup bonus, are not refundable. Failed or duplicate payments are handled from the contact address, not by a task id.
Do not send a task id to Razorpay, and do not send a payment id to /v1/report.
The 48-hour report window is only for solve credits. Payment questions go through the contact address on the site.
