Choosing between solve and submit

Use solve when the form is waiting. Use submit when you have a queue and a portal timer that can survive it.
Synchronous solve is fewer moving parts. One request, one response, one decision. Use it in a web server that is already holding the user's click.
Submit is better when the worker might restart, because the task is in the database and a stuck task is refunded. You trade a second HTTP call for that durability.
Do not submit and then also call solve on the same image. You will reserve two credits.
wait on the result call is the middle ground: you submitted, and you are willing to hold for up to 30 seconds instead of polling every 200 ms.
