Reading a 422

The body is a validation error. The field name tells you what to fix. Retrying the same JSON will fail again.
422 HTTPValidationError means the JSON shape is wrong: an unknown option, a length of 0, hindi without math, or an alert URL that is not public HTTPS on port 443.
Read the error body. Fix that field. Do not wrap the call in a retry.
A base64 alphabet error usually means a newline was left in the string. Strip the wraps and send it once. A data:image/...;base64, prefix is allowed.
Batches validate items too. One bad item can fail the request before any image runs. Fix the item rather than splitting blindly, though splitting is a fair test to find which item is bad.
