Do not send the whole form screenshot for a digit code

The neighbouring label and the text box become extra digits.
A screenshot that includes the words "Enter captcha" will be read as letters. In numeric mode those letters fold into digits and the code grows.
Crop to the image element. If the element is 140 by 40 pixels, the file you send should be about that size. Padding of a few pixels is enough.
The refresh icon is often a circular arrow next to the image. Leave it out. It is not a digit, but a curve can look like one.
After you crop, open the file once and check you can see every digit. A crop that clips the last column will be reliably wrong.
