What a numeric captcha is
2026-02-23 · Numeric captchas
A numeric captcha is a code made of digits, often with a fixed length, drawn through lines.
482915 is a numeric captcha: digits only, usually a fixed count, warped and crossed by lines. Government and bank portals use them because the answer is unambiguous once you can see the digits.
Send numeric: true. If the portal always draws six digits, send length: 6 as well. The decoder then returns the best six-digit string, and look-alike letters fold into digits.
On 60 live codes from six portals the text engine was 88.3% correct, and 98.1% of the reliable answers were correct. Branch on reliable and refresh the rest.
The numeric solver page shows the request shape. Do not set math or hindi on these images.
